Design services are due at the time of the order and are non-refundable.
PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 5 WEEKS, 6 WEEKS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON before your product is needed. Then, if damaged, there will be time to replace it.
I will work closely with you. You will have 100% satisfaction with the design before it is sent for production.
I will collect the production fee, taxes, and shipping at the time the order is placed. The product will be sent to the address you provide. Once I have placed the order you will receive a copy of the invoice through email.
Replacement policy: Open your package upon receipt. Check to see if there is any damage. If there is please take a picture of the packaging at the point of damage, an overall picture, and a closeup of the damage. You will not have to return the damaged item but keep it until you have your replacement. If the item is delayed, you will have the damaged item to give until you receive the replacement. After you have received the replacement, you are free to do what you wish with the damaged item.
Send your name, the address the item was shipped to, and your phone number to my email, [email protected]. I will submit all your documentation and upon receipt, your product will be replaced. If there are any questions, you will be contacted. Occasionally stock runs out at the factory. If you do not receive your replacement within 2 weeks and have not been contacted, please call me at 716-578-0173. I will let you know the reason for the delay and when the replacement should arrive.
